After the sketch was approved by Paradigm internally, a production design treatment was developed to present the concept to the regiment. Special focus was given to descriptions of the symbolism in the various sections of the image and an insert of an image. titled ” The Wall”, was shown as an example for the regiment’s evaluation. CAN_SCOT_CENTENNIAL_MURAL CONCEPT_2012-05-01

To help the regiment understand the design and production process for the mural, we provided a document showing how “The Wall” was created. The image for the Canadian Scottish Regiment Centennial (working title: Valour) will follow a similar process, and we’ll be posting work in progress images as the painting develop.
